2.To undertake and carry on the business of equipment leasing immovable properties of all kinds and description and right title and interest therein and leasing of all kinds of goods and articles (Including Plants, machinery, vehicles, ships, vessels, aircraft’s, apparatuses, computers etc.,) whether required for commercial, Industrial or business use of for any purposes whatsoever.

3. To carry on in India or abroad the business to generate, accumulate, transmit, commission, maintain, distribute, purchase, sell and supply electricity power or any other energy from conventional/non-conventional energy sources on a commercial basis and to construct, lay down, establish, operate and maintain power/energy/generating stations including buildings, structures, works, machineries, equipments, cables and to undertake or to carry on the business of managing, owing, controlling, erecting, commissioning, operating, running, leasing or transforming to third person(s), power plants and plants based on conventional or non-conventional energy sources, bio-mass, solar energy plants, wind energy plants, mechanical, electrical, hydel and to deal all kinds of energy systems and products, such as electric power, thermal power, hydraulic power, wind power, solar power, compressed natural gas, cooking gas, coal, petroleum, diesel, kerosene, including energy saving devices.

4. To carry on the business of interior and exterior decorator, Civil Contractors, Engineering Contractors, Engineering Consultancy Services, Promoters, Developers, labour contractors, construction contractors, furnishers, designers, consultants and planners and to undertake the business of dealers and distributors of all kinds of relevant materials and to apply by means of tenders or otherwise to various government and non-government bodies, firms, Corporations, Companies, Individuals and others for the construction of buildings, houses and others and all other works connected therewith and to undertake jobs and render services in all other auxiliary fields.

5. To carry on the business of buying, selling, reselling, producing, importing, exporting, transporting, storing, processing, packing, developing, promoting, marketing or supplying, trading, dealing in office equipments, domestic equipments of artificial wood, plywood, fibers, veneers and materials required for false ceiling and other items required for decorating houses, bungalows, buildings, private and public office/shops, government department, stores, cinema houses and factories.

6. To carry on the business of providing Business Support services whether information technology enabled or otherwise, including but not limited to providing back office services, content and data services, book keeping , accounting, legal services, advertising, public relation , administrative services and other related services across various industry segments.

7. To provide a range of Engineering Services and related technologies in the areas of Embedded Systems, Mechanical, Plant & Manufacturing Engineering services such as, Design & Consulting, Prototyping, Valve engineering, Test and Validation, Engineering Process Services, Sourcing support, Maintenance, Sustenance & After Market Support, Electrical and Electronics hardware and software, Technical Publications, Detail Engineering and Asset Information Management.

8. To carry on the business as civil, electrical and mechanical contractors, designers and engineers, structural, contractors, earthwork contractors, consulting engineers, architects, developers, builders, general construction contractors, contractors for repairs, reconstructions, renovation, demolitions and construction canals, irrigation projects, roads, dams, bridges, culverts, ropeways, residential, industrial, commercial buildings, factories, shops and offices, theatres, cinema houses, indoor and outdoor auditorial, stadium, hotels, motels, clubs, restaurants, cafes, bars, wood houses, holiday inns, tourist resort centres, guest houses, rest houses, water sheds, drains and receivers and other conveniences.

9. To develop any lands or estates acquired by the Company or in which the Company is interested, and in particular and without prejudice to the generality of the said provision, by laying out building sites, and/or preparing the same for building purposes, and/or by leveling, metalling, watering, irrigating, tilling, cultivating, paving, draining, sewering, leasing, letting on building lease or building agreement, selling or otherwise dealing with or disposing of any land or estate, and / or by building, altering, demolishing, re-building, decorating, maintaining, furnishing, fitting up, repairing, and improving any buildings or structures whatever thereon, and to turn to account, consolidate, connect, divide, sub divide or partition land, estate and/or properties.

To construct and erect buildings, houses, tenements, bungalows etc. whether for the use of the owner or otherwise and to grant facilities to individuals, associations or institutions and others by advancing money repayable over a period of years for the purpose of construction, acquisition or erection of buildings, houses, tenements, bungalows etc., and generally to carry on business of a housing and / or building society in all its branches.
