1. To organize sports events, maintaining sports teams, construction, maintenance and taking on or leasing out stadiums (Indoor and outdoor) or player’s ground, providing coaching to players, engaging umpires, ground men, and undertaking other related sports and cultural activities.

2. To provide lighting and audio/visual systems for all kinds of sports, installation of sensors of all types, score boards, photographic equipments and other gadgets/equipment required for the purpose of conducting, recording sports events.

3. To undertake various kinds of due diligence and certification work for national and international sports bodies from time to time and to obtain accreditations therefor from Government, national or international institutions, sports bodies, associations etc.

4. To manufacture, sell, export, import, trade and deal in all kinds of sports medicine, and pharmaceutical products and accessories and to run clinics specifically oriented for sports persons.

5. To buy, prepare, make, apply, sell, deal in, take on hire or provide all kinds of apparatus, furniture, catering equipment and utensils, linen, glass, china, books, papers, periodicals, stationery and all other things required in connection with a club, any sport, game or pastime.

6. To provide facilities and accommodation for indoor and outdoor sports or games, changing rooms, refreshments and other amenities and to promote polo, hunting, tennis and other games, athletic sports and pastimes.
