1. Compact cars are to be rented when available in the U.S. (comparable models internationally). Reimbursement is not allowable for optional collision insurance when renting cars in the U.S. or Canada. Optional collision insurance purchased internationally is acceptable where obligatory. Fines for parking or traffic violations are not reimbursable expenses whether incurred in a rental car or while using one’s personal automobile.

2. Employees may rent a car of intermediate or smaller size.

3. The actual cost of car rentals at the site of a meeting shall be reimbursed up to $60.00 per meeting. Additional car rental expenses may be authorized by the FPSE President or Secretary-Treasurer. Receipts must be provided. Employees who choose to travel by personal or rental vehicle when air transportation is available, shall be reimbursed at the mileage rate up to the cost of regular air fare. Any additional accommodation or meal expenses incurred as a result of choosing to travel by personal vehicle shall be the responsibility of the Employee.

4. The Seller shall be reimbursed for car rental, exclusive of mileage charges, as authorized in the basic contract or upon approval by Northrop Grumman, when the services are required to be performed beyond the normal commuting distance form the Seller’s facilities. Car rental for a team on TDY at one site will be allowed for a minimum of four (4) persons per car, provided that such number or greater comprise the TDY team.

5. If authorized, Company shall reimburse reasonable car rental charges including gas actually purchased for authorized travel ONLY. Contractor shall be required to rent at an economy car level classification or equivalent, unless the size or purpose of the group using the vehicle dictates a larger size in accordance with the following table: Travelers Classification

6. All car rental charges are paid directly by Engility travelers and/or Engility.

7. The Car rented to the Rentee is clean and in good condition; it has complete equipment, documents and a single set of keys; it is in good working order, with no physical or legal defects, with a tank full of fuel; it has third-party liability insurance.

8. Car rental is limited to mid-size or smaller car and four-wheel drive with prior LADWP approval. The expense of navigation and insurance will not be reimbursed. Original receipts for car rental and fuel costs must be submitted. Travelers shall fill the gas tank before returning car to avoid fuel surcharges that are not reimbursable.

9. To carry on in India or elsewhere the business to act as online rental aggregator.

10. To provide an Online portal and a platform for renting leasing, letting on hire, hire purchase or easy payment system for immovable properties including buildings, stores, flats etc and provide customers data to landlords or vice versa.
