Cleaning Services
To carry on all the business usually carried on by dry cleaners, dyers and laundries of man made fibres woollen, silken and cotton wearing apparels and clothing or cloths of every and all kinds and description.

1. To purchase, sell, manufacture, import, export or otherwise deal in dry-cleaning plants, dryers, steam presses and household and industrial washing machines and to undertake repair and maintenance contract for dry cleaners, dyers and laundry man. To carry on the business of launders, cleaners, dry cleaners and carpet beaters and to carry on the business of repairing all articles sent for cleaning or beating.
2. To carry on the businesses of ironing services, dry cleaners, launders, dyers, tinters, leachers of manmade fibres woollen, silken and cotton wearing apparels and clothing of every kind and description and the businesses of repairing tailors and a valeting service; To press, iron renovate, dye, colour, bleachand prepare for use all manner of fibrous substances, articles of wearing apparel, household, domestic or otherwise.
3. To carry on all the business usually carried on by dry cleaners, dyers and laundries of man made fibres woollen, silken and cotton wearing apparels and clothing or cloths of every and all kinds and description.
4. To carry on the business of purchase, sell, manufacture, import, export or otherwise deal in dry-cleaning plants, dryers, steam presses and household and industrial washing machines and to undertake repair and maintenance contract for dry cleaners, dyers and laundry man.
5. To carry on the business of construct, erect, work, maintain, improve, alter or assist in the erection, construction, working, maintenance, improvements or alteration of any building, dry cleaning plants or machinery or shops and factories, plants, works, cars, wagons, lorries, carts and other works and to contribute to the expenses of constructing, improving, maintaining, working and repairing any of the same.
6. To carry on the business of control, manage on payment of commission or otherwise dry-cleaning and washing plants and to undertake replacements, repairs and maintenance contracts, and provide services of all kinds which may be deemed necessary or convenient for the running of business of dry cleaners, dyers and laundry man.
7. Cleaning, dusting, vacuuming and disinfecting of floors, walls and ceilings. Removal of waste and any other garbage from the entire area covered under the contract (such as halls, conference rooms, committee rooms, office rooms, cabins, cubicles, etc.)
8. Cleaning and disinfecting all vitreous fixtures including toilet bowls, urinals, sinks, toilet seats, containers etc. Brush thoroughly to include below water level and under rims including areas at hinges and cistern handles. Re-stock toiletries which include liquid hand soap, air fresheners, sanitary cubes, naphthalene balls in toilets etc., after daily check-ups in the morning, afternoons and on call basis during day time.
9. Cleaning and dusting of electrical switchboards, light fixtures, fans, air conditioner vents, overhead light fixtures, projectors, fire-fighting equipment, nameplates, plant boxes, door mats etc
10. Cleaning of all open areas between the building and boundary including sweeping of roads, lawns, paths, cleaning open drains etc. as directed by the ESIC official in charge.
