1. Tenant specifically undertakes to install and maintain at its cost such fire protection equipment including, without limitation, emergency lighting as is deemed reasonably necessary or desirable by Landlord or any governmental or insurance body, and if so required by Landlord or any such body Tenant shall appoint a warden to coordinate with the fire protection facilities and personnel of Landlord.

2. The firefighting spray system and smoke sensor in the office area are installed as open office design concept.

3. Approaches to all manufactured homes shall be kept clear for firefighting

4. fire alarm equipment, fire prevention materials and related products, firefighting equipment, emergency life-saving equipment, electrical fire safety products and personnel protective equipment

5. It is mutually understood and agreed that firefighting is separate from other considerations in the Working Agreement and that any employee available during f ire emergencies may be required to assist regardless of seniority, classification, or department.
