1. To establish, setup, and run in any part of coaching institutes , Study centre, oral coaching classes, where in professional, technical, vocational or higher education in every field of science, commerce, arts, management, engineering, law, banking, insurance, finance, medicine, hospitality, tourism, computers, or any other type of education be imparted by conducting regular , part time classes.

To carry on the business to own, establish, acquire, run, operate, manage, maintain, develop, promote, administer, advertise, either on its own or through fully equipped schools, play schools, colleges, educational institutes, universities including deemed or autonomous universities, to promote and disseminate knowledge, create awareness and provide a common forum of interaction amongst academicians, professionals establish effective co-ordination, to organise training courses and special programmes to impart training, education in all disciplines

3. To establish, setup, and run in any part of India coaching institutes , Study centre, oral coaching classes, where in professional, technical, vocational or higher education in every field of science, commerce, arts, management, engineering, law, banking, insurance, finance, medicine, hospitality, tourism, computers, or any other type of education be imparted by conducting regular , part time classes.

4. To establish, develop, promote franchise, study centers in India or abroad for conducting regular, evening or weekend interactive classes and to get the necessary approval, permission required for this purpose.

5. To enter in to Joint Venture, or collaborate with accredited educational institutions in India/outside India to provide such infrastructure assistance to such accredited educational institution and such other learning support on such terms and conditions as may be decided by the company from time to time.

6. To establish faculties, select faculty members and acquire the services of professors, associate professors, lecturers, teachers, managements skills and other professional from within the country and abroad as would be needed to run educational institutes; and decide courses and teaching methods and strategies in order to ensure the most effective education programmes.

7. To set up, own, operate and maintain research centres, centres of learning, reading rooms, hostels, boarding houses, computer literacy centres, data processing centres, information centres and to utilize any form of electronic, mechanical or other developed techniques for the purposes of advancement of learning and knowledge.

8. To provide scholarships to students and grant aid including but not limited to the supply of books, stipends, medals, prizes, grants, scholarships, awards, medicines, educational career support, educational loans, bursaries and other incentives for purposes of the advancement of knowledge, education and literacy both within and outside India.

9. To promote, establish, run, administer, manage and maintain educational institutions, computer literacy centres, schools, colleges, institutions, etc. for study; and to establish, manage, maintain, own, promote and control colleges, higher level schools, academics, technical training centres in the field of arts, commerce, research, sciences, information technology and business administration; and such other educational institutions as may be considered appropriate for the promotion and advancement of education in the country with national and international affiliations.
