The Documents Required to Register with APEDA


The documents required to register with APEDA are as follows:

  • Application Form: The applicant must fill out the APEDA Registration Application Form and sign it.

  • Import-Export Code(IEC): The applicant must provide a copy of their Import-Export Code (IEC) issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT).

  • Bank Certificate: The applicant must provide a bank certificate from their bank stating that they have a current account with the bank.

  • Cancelled Cheque: The applicant must provide a cancelled cheque from their bank.

  • Proof of Address: The applicant must provide proof of their address, such as a utility bill or a rental agreement.

  • Proof of Identity: The applicant must provide proof of their identity, such as a passport or a driving license.

  • Other documents as required by APEDA: APEDA may require additional documents from the applicant, depending on the nature of the business.

The applicant can submit the application form and the required documents to the nearest APEDA office. The application fee is INR 7,400/- (Including Government fees of 5900).
